Stamping every nicotine product with gruesome imagery and frightful warnings seems to have little effect on smokers ; these cautionary signposts have long lost their potency and become mundane.

Mostly Moods is an effort to revitalize this faded propaganda into several others, using creative censoring and collage, amongst other things. The scattered pieces feature political, sentimental, humorous, and artistic 'moods'.
